Fairground Street open. Event happened suddenly, around noon

2013-08-20 - Russell Creek Bridge, KY 206, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener.
Fairground Street is open again. Road watcher Fay McKinley said it happened fast while she was trying to keep and eye on it, at around 12pm noon CT, Tuesday, August 20, 2013. Among the signs along the way are 3491, for Green Hills Road, twice, because there's a turn; 206 for Liberty Road which becomes Fairground Street, somewhere at the bridge; and a curious one, "35," about a road of something very few cannonballers along the way comprehend. The softer, more graceful "S" of the road has enhanced sight, somewhat, and has enhanced speed somewhat more. Eyeball radar suggests as much as 65 mph trying to get a run on the hill out of town, may only 55 going toward Columbia.

Anglican Hymn sums up Knifleyan theology re: snakes

However, there's one bit of hymnal heresy within the Grand Scheme of things

jon halsey writes:
Ed, this is getting to be a habit - I think we now have another area where we are in agreement.

This first verse from the Old Anglican hymn "All Things Bright and Beautiful" sums it up well:
"All things bright and beautiful,
All creatures great and small,
All things wise and wonderful,
The Lord God made them all."
Never could understand the animosity toward any creatures of Creation. However, I do question the purpose in the Grand Scheme of things for Ticks! from Knifley, - Jon Halsey

Kelli Bonifer: The basics on Stevia

Like other sweeteners, products containing stevia should be used in moderation. You should carefully read the labels of all food and drinks containing the product as they may include additional calories or carbohydrates from other ingredients - KELLI BONIFER

By Kelli Bonifer

There's been a lot of hype about stevia. Stevia is an extract of a shrub originating from South America and is also grown in India, South Korea and China.
