Randy Eugene Elmore, 46, of Somerset,formerly of Russell County, KY, died Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY.

Funeral service for Randy Eugene Elmore will be 12pmCT/1pmET, Friday, August 23, 2013 at the First Baptist Church, 128 N Main Street, Somerset, KY, with Dr. French B. Harmon officiating. Visitation will be after 5pmCT/6pmET, Wednesday at the Bernard Funeral, 367 Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, and after 4pmCT/5pmET, at the First Baptist Church of Somerset, and at 10amCT/11amET, Friday until time of funeral. Burial in the Jamestown Cemetery, N Main Street, Jamestown, KY.



Randy Elmore, 46, Russell Co., KY (1967-2013)

He was born Tuesday, March 21, 1967 in Albany, Clinton County, KY. He was the son of Ellen Marie Anderson Elmore and the late Arvil Eugene Elmore. He died Tuesday, August 20, 2013, in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY, at the age of 46 years, 4 months, and 30 days.

He was the Athletic Director at Pulaski County High School and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Somerset, KY.

Survivors include his wife, Sheila Ford Elmore, Somerset, KY, and the following:
  • Two sons: Joseph Luke Elmore, Joshua Hagan Elmore, both of Somerset, KY

  • Mother: Ellen Marie Elmore, Jamestown, KY

  • Two sisters: Diane Stinson, Nashville, TN; and Brenda Elmore, Jamestown, KY

  • Mother & father-in-law: Bob & Diane Ford, Russell Springs, KY
