Margaret Eaton, Taylor County, KY (1922-2013)

She was a native of Monroe County, KY, a former resident of Campbellsville, KY, and resident of Glasgow, KY at the time of her death. She was the widow of Rev. Thurman Eaton. Their marriage had endured over 46 years. She leaves 10 direct living descendants, spanning 3 generations. She professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith.

The funeral service will be at 10amCT/11amET, Tuesday, August 20, 2013, at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY by Dr. Jeff Eaton. Burial will be in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens (Google Map), 3878 Greensburg Road, Campbellsville, KY.


Margaret Eaton, Taylor County, KY (1922-2013)

Margaret Eaton was the daughter of the late John Wesley Barlow and Mary Ellen Jones Barlow. She was born in Monroe County, KY, Thursday, February 9, 1922. She died Sunday, August 18, 2013 in Glasgow, Barren County, KY, at the age of 91 years, 6 months, and 9 days.

She professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith.

She united in marriage to Rev. Thurman Eaton January 3, 1944. He preceded her in death May 11, 1990.

She is survived by the following:
  • Two sons: Cary Eaton and significant other, Candy of Glasgow, KY; and Jeff Eaton and wife, Julie of Lawrenceburg, KY

  • Four grandchildren: Kim Wyatt of Glasgow, KY; Missy Martin and husband, Kevin of Horse Cave, KY; Andrew Eaton and Laura Cannon and husband, Tom of Lexington, KY

  • Four great-grandchildren: Garrett Wyatt, Corbin Wyatt, Cully Martin and Maddie Martin

  • Several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends
