There were two fatal collisions during the month of January in the Post 15 area. - James L. Thompson, 61, Marion Co KY was killed on 01/04/16 in Marion Co KY.This brings our yearly fatality count to 2 compared with 1 through this same period in 2015. Statewide fatality count stands at 40 compared with 75 through this same period in 2015. Feese, of Columbia KY, was arrested today at 12:31pmCT, at the Adair County Annex. Post 15 Troopers executed a warrant, charging Feese with Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Tampering with Physical Evidence. Feese was indicted by the Adair County Grand Jury last Friday, January 29, 2016, following an investigation into Feese leaving the scene of a collision that occurred on Saturday, January 13th, 2016. Eleven years later, the ACHS Academic Team has once again claimed the Governor's Cup District Championship. On Thursday, January 28, and Saturday, January 30, representative team members competed at Adair as the hosts of this year's competition. The Quick Recall team swept through each round of Quick Recall undefeated. The team now has a 10-year undefeated streak against District opponents. The Future Problem Solving team swept all judges' top rankings for 1st Place in their competition for their 11th Championship in a row as well.
