Adair County man arrested following grand jury Indictment

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

COLUMBIA, KY (Mon 01 Feb 2016) – 48-year-old Jeffrey L. Feese, of Columbia KY, was arrested today at 12:31pmCT, at the Adair County Annex. Post 15 Troopers executed a warrant, charging Feese with Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Tampering with Physical Evidence.

Feese was indicted by the Adair County Grand Jury last Friday, January 29, 2016, following an investigation into Feese leaving the scene of a collision that occurred on Saturday, January 13th, 2016. Tpr. Clint Bale is investigating and was assisted by the Adair County Sheriff's Department who investigated the collision.
