Free exercise classes will be offered every afternoon from 4:00-5:00pmET at the Taylor County Extension Office, beginning November 3, 2008. Mindful Movement is for beginners or those unable to do vigorous or aerobic exercise. Emphasis is an improving range of motion, strength, balance and flexibility.
