Adair County Football gets big district win at Hart County

Indidans beat Hart County 25-7

By Cathy Moss

Adair County Football gets a big district win at Hart County on Friday, October 24, 2008, as they defeated the Raiders by a score of 25-7. The Indians traveled to Munfordville with a 2-4 record, hoping to continue their winning streak by taking on the Raiders of Hart County, who came into the game with a 4-3 record.

The winner of this game would sew up the fourth and final playoff spot in the district, extending the teams season by going to state playoffs. The last trip to playoffs for the Indians was back in 2004 under the leadership of Coach Eric Graves.

Congradulations to the players and coaches in their big district win.

Next week the Indians travel to neighboring Russell County for what is expected to be a exciting game.

Go Indians!!!
