Lexington man indicted for possession with intent to distribute fentanyl "We are fortunate to have seized this fentanyl before it was distributed," said Kerry B. Harvey, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky. " Minute quantities of fentanyl can be deadly. Given the damage fentanyl has caused in central Kentucky, it's staggering to consider the harm that would have been done by these drugs on the streets of our community." An indictment is an allegation only. All defendants are presumed innocent and are entitled to a fair trial, at which the government must prove their guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. From U.S. Attorney's Office U.S. Department of Justice, Eastern District of Kentucky LEXINGTON, KY - A Lexington man, who will appear in Court this afternoon, has been charged with possession with intent to distribute large quantities of fentanyl in Fayette County. Comment: September Linda Waggener writes: Billy Joe Fudge, your "September" story, poem and photo provided wonderful reminders of the gifts of seasonal change we receive in Kentucky! I can almost hear your mother reciting that poem and I think of my own who frequently quotes her favorite, Maud Muller, "...on a summers day raked the meadow sweet with hay..." I'll think of your mother's poem each time I take a picture of Goldenrod this season. Thank you for sharing! --LindaComments re article 85812 Kentucky Color September The Goldenrod is yellow 2016-09-23 07:59:35 | Comments | Printable version
