Court of Appeals panel renders opinion favoring BD of Elections

Split decision, 2-1, but ball is back in Ben Arnold's Court as to whether further legal action will be taken. Several options are available to him, including asking the full court to hear the case, which, if an adverse opinion continues, he could take it to higher courts, including the Kentucky Supreme Court. Should there be no further appeals on Mr. Arnold's part the election of Mayor Curtis Hardwick would be expected to stand. We are waiting for a reply from Mr. Arnold and are waiting to talk with others in the case.
