Outside, under the large tent, a big crowd enjoyed the spiritual singing of Driven. Court of Appeals panel renders opinion favoring BD of Elections Split decision, 2-1, but ball is back in Ben Arnold's Court as to whether further legal action will be taken. Several options are available to him, including asking the full court to hear the case, which, if an adverse opinion continues, he could take it to higher courts, including the Kentucky Supreme Court. Should there be no further appeals on Mr. Arnold's part the election of Mayor Curtis Hardwick would be expected to stand. We are waiting for a reply from Mr. Arnold and are waiting to talk with others in the case. "September 11, 2001, will always be one of the darkest days in our country's history. Nearly 3,000 Americans died that day, and the pain will never be fully erased," Gov. Beshear said. "I call on all Kentuckians to remember and honor these Americans and their families on Sept. 11." Gov.
