First Bridge in Stephens Administration goes to District 5 Span will cost approximately $116,000. Will be built by County Road Dept. Stephens will be in Billy Dean Coffey's Magisterial District 5, on Theron Akin Road, two-tenths off KY 76, near Tarter's Chapel United Methodist Church.
