Letter: On important questions Tami Wilson writes: Well, I would gladly devour strips 3 and 4 as they are. Strips one and two seem to be yet a little limp, so I might use those to wrap bundles of blanched asparagus or green beans, before roasting them to perfection in the oven. Strip 5 is a little overdone, and would be the most likely to be tossed out, though bacon, even at this stage, is hard to resist. That's how I see it... --Tami WilsonComments re photo 53093 Epicurean Kentuckian Important Question Tami, Thanks for weighing in. Your tastes follow my own, although I personally know at least 3 people who might, if they had a sympathetic waiter or family cook, send strip 5 back for just a little longer on the grill. --Pen 2014-01-13 07:46:53 | Comments | Printable version | See topic Letters and Reader Feedback
