(Ad) Rent it fast with CM: This house - less than 48 hours!

CM Ad No. 9553 retired with High Honor

A rental which had been available for 30 days with no inquiries was posted on April 19, 2012 and on April 21, 2012, a call came in to delete: "It's rented to the nicest people," the advertiser said. "and in less than 48 hours!" In fact, he said, He wishes he'd had 30 houses like the one he rented to post through CM. And, he said, "And I wish I could have rented to all the people who called."

Not every house posted on CM rents this fast. Sometimes it takes a bit longer.

The Simple Truth is: for any rental ad for a property in the $400/month range, pays for itself if the house rents just one day sooner. A text only rental ad on CM is just $9 for 4 lines of text! Rent per day on a $400/month property is $12.90!

Travel: Traffic shift on Scottsville Road Sunday, April 22, 2012

By Keirston Jaggers
Kentucky Transportation Cabinet., District 3, Bowling Green, KY

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (April 20, 2012) - KYTC crews will begin the process of moving traffic over to the newly constructed bridge deck on Scottsville Road at Exit 22 on Sunday, April 22, 2012 at 6 pmCT.

Lane closures will be in place 6pm -7amCT for both directions of traffic on Scottsville Road while traffic is shifted to the new section of bridge deck. The traffic signals at either end of the overpass will also have to be temporarily moved over to accommodate the shift in traffic.

Once all the lanes have been shifted to the north side of the overpass, motorists are strongly advised to proceed with caution and adhere to the 35 mph speed limit currently in place between Cumberland Trace and Bale Boulevard.

There will not be much room for error in this temporary diversion of traffic.

The shift in traffic will allow crews to move forward with the reconstruction of the south side of the bridge deck. Motorists can anticipate this configuration to remain in place until late summer/early fall. -Keirston Jaggers
