In case whoever took her decides she's too much trouble and lets her loose: She's wearing an orange collar with her name, Carly, on it and Mom's phone number "(270) 250-4044." Any other ideas to help find her would be appreciated. I'm going to contact the shelter today, as well. Thanks. I'm sorry I don't have better pictures of Carly. She is such a fast mover that most of what I have of her is video. I'll keep looking. The accompanying photo is from where she greeted me one day coming in the garage at mom's. During the pursuit, the vehicle crossed the median several times, driving in both the east and westbound lanes and struck a Russell County Sheriff's Department cruiser. High speed chase - Adair, Russell, ends The Flatwoods, KY UPDATED: Two police cruisers hit in chase. Driver, Christopher Benham, airlifted to UK, faces multiple charges in two counties and by Kentucky State Police, according to Adair County Sheriff Harrison Moss. Chase involves Russell County Sheriff's Department, Adair County Sheriff's and Columbia City Police and Kentucky State Police. Sheriff Moss said that the fleeing vehicle, crossed the median during the chase, and left the Cumberland Parkway through the on ramp at KY 61 South, while Columbia City Police Officer Charles Greer had the Off Ramp blocked. The chase began at about 10:30pmCT and ended some 30 minutes later. Information from Chad Waller, NAIA Evangel University, Springfield, MO, defeated Lindsey Wilson College's Blue Raiders 60-49, in an opening round game played Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at Kansas City's Municipal Auditorium. The Blue Raiders were in the NAIA Men's Basketball national tournament for the tenth time overall and the seventh time since 2000. The Blue Raiders have an overall record of 6-10 in the tournament, but have now lost two-consecutive openers. In 2009, Lindsey Wilson lost to Texas Wesleyan in its tourney opener. Overall, the Blue Raiders entered the game second nationally in 3-point field goal percentage (.388), but ended this game just 5-of-20 (.250). Cundiff (1898-1961) Fossicking around through the research facilities of JIM, Worldwide, another JIM Gem is uncovered, a story about a Cane Valley native recalling his early life in Cane Valley for a newspaper story which appeared in a Northern Ohio newspaper and was later reprinted in the prestigious Adair County News. Rev. Wood B. Cundiff, studied at Columbia High School and was a graduate, and continued his studies at two of America's best post secondary schools, Bethany College and Oberlin School of Theology in Ohio, before entering on a life of service as an outstanding Disciples of Christ Christian church minister. - CM By JIM The following sketch of Adair Countian Rev. C-ville driver, Liberty passenger injured in St. Francis, KY crash Overcorrection a factor in Wednesday, Marion County accident TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY MARION COUNTY, KY - Trooper Fred Cornett is investigating a collision which occurred Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at approximately 8:40pmET in the limits of St. Francis on KY 52. The collision occurred when a 2005 Toyota, operated by Kelly Cox, age 21, of Campbellsville, KY was traveling East on KY52, dropped off the right shoulder of the roadway, the operator overcorrected and the vehicle struck an embankment. Cox and a passenger in her vehicle, 21 year old James M. Steele, of Liberty, KY, were both belted at the time of the collision and were transported to the Spring View Hospital in Lebanon where they were treated and released. Trooper Cornett was assisted at the scene by other KSP personnel, Marion County Rescue and the Loretto Fire Department.
