School Supplies for West Liberty, KY still being gathered

Col. William Casey Elementary School, 220 General John Adair DR, Columbia, KY

Students, staff, and families of Col. Wm. Casey Elementary have come together to help West Liberty Elementary School start over. On Monday, March 19, 2012, West Liberty Elementary will return to school in a formerly empty factory in the community.

Through communication between Dana Harvey and Sarah Burton, teachers at CWC, and the principal and community members of West Liberty Elementary, supplies have been collected and will be delivered to the school location on Saturday, March 17, 2012.



Currently a trailer is parked in front of Col. Wm. Casey Elementary, 220 Gen. John Adair Drive, Columbia, KY, and is being loaded with materials and snacks for the students, and more. If anyone in the area would like to donate items for the trip feel free to drop them off any time tomorrow, Friday, March 16, 2012, 7am-4pmCT. Several teachers and their families from Col. Wm. Casey will be heading up to West Liberty bright and early Saturday morning to deliver the items.
