Maury Lewis writes:
Needs mobile home leveler: I have been living in my mobile home for 5 years and it needs to be leveled. I have a couple of kitchen cabinet doors that will not stay closed. I need someone that has references and is insured to do this type of work. The mobile home is very easy to move around under - except under one end. It is clean with plastic on the ground. Adair County High School Cheerleaders Coach Julie McQueary and the victorious squad and entourage arrived back at home base this afternoon at 2:45pmCT, escorted through town in their Shockley Tours coach by Columbia City Police, Emergency Medical Service units, Columbia/Adair County Fire Department units, and were followed by a long line of cars. It was all in a din of celebratory sirens and horns, past store fronts readied for the parade and cheering bystanders waving placards

They were met in the parking lot at Adair County High School by well-wishers numbering well over 100, there for homecoming hugs, photo opportunities, and a chance to cheer another Adair County group strengthening its own long Tradition of Excellence in a spectacular way this year.

The squad swept every category they could win. With championships in 1) The Varsity Super Big Category 2) On the parents and boosters category for the CANAM Crazies, 3) In the Stunt Category, and 4) With a Number one Individual Cheerleader award for Breanna Meeks.

Comments re photo 39616 Spring on the farm: A good day tMaury Lewis writes:
My husband and I used to raise Nubian milk goats so we could drink the milk and I do miss the Spring babies.

We raised most of them on bottles and they would get use to us handling them making the milking process a LOT easier because they were used to us touching them.

The picture of ths one brings back some fond memories of the mini farm we had in Lillian, Al. -Maury Lewis
