Our families worked together coaching Little League Basketball at Sparksville and shared many happy times together. Jim loved those kids so much and truly wanted them to excel in life as well as sports! He taught them so much and they worked so hard for him. Thoroughbreds are champions Click on headline for photo By Amy Melton Sports news of the Thoroughbreds team The Thoroughbreds basketball team traveled to Franklin-Simpson this past weekend. They were victorious in all games played and were champions of the event. They defeated Logan Co., Franklin Simpson twice, and won over Warren Co. in the finals. The team consists of players from Adair and Casey Co. Team members are Lonnie Grant, Colton Feese, Collin Miller, Dylan Feese, Breece Hayes, Daniel Grant, Jacob Smith and Corey Melton.
