For Exuria Goodin, it was the impetus behind hundreds of simple recipes that earned her a reputation as one of the best cooks in Adair County. Yet most of her creation existed only in her head, unwritten until now. The "Exuria Goodin Recipe Collection" gathers more than 350 recipes from among four generations of Exuria's family. Preserved here are delectable recipes ranging from country to Italian to everything in between.
