Funeral service: Monday, October 17, 2016 at 1pmCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY. Visiting will be after 9amCT, Monday at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home. Burial in the Cold Springs Cemetery in Casey County will full military honors.

She said she couldn't believe how nice and efficient everyone was with her (a not too cooperative patient) and she is very grateful.

Columbia Police Department will meet, escort William home

Columbia Police Chief Jason Cross said that he has received word at 10:32amCT, that the Fred Rowe family was leaving Lebanon, KY bringing William home and expected to arrive in Adair County at 11amCT or slightly before. "We will be waiting at the Coburg Store," Chief Cross said, "and we'll escort the family home past Rowe Farms to their home on Grant Lane."

Charges brought against 19 individuals from Campbellsville, Greensburg, Louisville, and Elkhorn, KY, on counts including kidnapping, assault, possession, sexual abuse, wanton endangerment, burlary, and public intoxication.
