Taylor Co. Grand Jury returns indictments 11 Oct 2016

Charges brought against 19 individuals from Campbellsville, Greensburg, Louisville, and Elkhorn, KY, on counts including kidnapping, assault, possession, sexual abuse, wanton endangerment, burlary, and public intoxication.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Taylor County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Campbellsville, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 11 Oct 2016:


  • Jonathan Spalding (01/31/1956), Oak St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00150. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense. Count 2 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • Rachel Ritchie (03/13/1988), Capps Rd, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00151. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Fraudelent use of credit card over $500 and under $10,000. Count 2 - Unauthorized use of motor vehicle, 1st offense. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Cornelius Miller (03/18/1948), Donald Ln., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00152. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Sexual abuse, 1st degree victim under 12 years of age. Bond set at $20,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Joshua Milby (11/29/1986), Country View Ct., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00153. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking over $500 but under $10,000. Count 2 - Escape 2nd degree identify facility. Bond set at $35,000 cash, no contact with victim.

  • Joshua Milby (11/29/1986), Country View Ct., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00154. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (drug unspecified). Count 2 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond set at $12,000 cash.

  • Steven D. Hewitt (10/16/1991), Thunder Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00155. Charged with 10 counts. Count 1 - Assault, 1st degree. Count 2 - Kidnapping, adult. Count 3 - Burglary, 1st degree. Counts 4-7 - Unlawful imprisonment, 1st degree. Counts 8-9 - Wanton endangerment. Count 10 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bond set at $250,000 cash, no contact with victim, no weapons.

  • Steven D. Hewitt (10/16/1991), Thunder Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00156. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Possession of handgun by a convicted felon. Bond set at $25,000 cash, no weapons.

  • Timothy R. Davis (05/31/1987), Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00157. Charged with 8 counts. Count 1 - Assault, 1st degree. Count 2 - Burglary, 1st degree. Counts 3-6 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Count 7 - Fleeing and evading police, 2nd degree, on foot. Count 8 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $200,000 cash, no contact with victims, no weapons.

  • William K. Graham (03/31/1983), S. Columbia Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00158-001. Charged with 5 counts. Count 1 - Robbery, 1st degree. Count 2 - Assault, 2nd degree. Count 3 - Burglary, 1st degree. Count 4 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 5 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $150,000 cash, no contact with victim, no weapons.

  • Rheuben J. Combs (09/03/1983), E. First St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00158-002. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Robbery, 1st degree. Count 2 - Assault, 2nd degree. Count 3 - Burglary, 1st degree. Count 4 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Bond set at $100,000 cash, no contact with victim, no weapons.

  • Tiffany Petrey (01/11/1988), N. Hoskins Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00159-001. Charged with 2 counts. Counts 1-2 - Criminal abuse, 1st degree (victim under 12). Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Joseph P. Falucskai (10/04/1991), N. Hoskins Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00159-002. Charged with 2 counts. Counts 1-2 - Criminal abuse, 1st degree (victim under 12). Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Richard C. Boyd (10/21/1987), Buckner St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00160. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 2nd degree. Bond set at $3,000/10%, no contact with victim.

  • Joshua W. Calvert (03/13/1996), Dale St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00161. Charged with 5 counts. Count 1 - Criminal mischief, 1st degree. Count 2 - Criminal mischief, 1st degree. Count 3 - Unauthorized use of motor vehicle, 1st offense. Count 4 - Unauthorized use of motor vehicle, 1st offense. Count 5 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bond set at $2,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Sonja M. Brown (07/12/1971), Renate Rd., Louisville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00162. Charged with 10 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine). Count 2 - Violation of KY EPO/DVO. Count 3 - Drug paraphernalia - buy/possess. Count 4 - Possession of controlled substance, 3rd degree, drug unspecified. Count 5 - Operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, etc >.08, 1st offense. Count 6 - Possession of marijuana. Count 7 - Operating a vehicle with expired operators license. Count 8 - Controlled substance, prescription, not in original container, 1st degree. Count 9 - No/expired registration plates. Count 10 - No/expired KY registration receipt. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Stephanie L. Atwood (02/22/1968), Crawford, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00163. Charged with 10 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Counts 2-4 - Assault, 3rd degree, police/probation officer. Count 5 - Criminal mischief, 1st degree. Count 6 - Disarming a peace officer. Count 7 - Resisting arrest. Count 8 - Public intoxication, controlled substance. Count 9 - Criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Count 10 - Criminal trespassing, 3rd degree. Bond set at $200,000 cash, no contact with victim, no contact with premises, no weapons.

  • Carl S. Sallee (10/26/1973), Highway 218, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00164. Charged with 6 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, meth. Count 2 - Tampering with physical evidence. Count 3 - Resisting arrest. Count 4 - Disorderly conduct, 2nd degree. Count 5 - Menacing. Count 6 - Public intoxication, controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Bond set at $10,000/10%, no contact with victims.

  • Justin C. Boyd (04/30/1987), E. First St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00165. Charged with 5 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (<2g methamphetamine). Count 2 - Trafficking in marijuana, less than 8oz, 1st offense. Count 3 - Drug paraphernalia - buy/possess. Count 4 - Resisting arrest. Count 5 - Menacing. Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • Charles D. Whitley (08/13/1977), Wooley Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00166. Charged with 7 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (>=2g methamphetamine). Count 2 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, heroin. Count 3 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Count 4 - Resisting arrest. Count 5 - Menacing. Count 6 - Possession of marijuana. Count 7 - Public intoxication, controlled substance (excludes alcohol).   • Ronnie S. Pittman (03/01/1981), Stoner Creek Rd., Elkhorn, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00167. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (<2g meth). Count 2 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond set at $10,000 cash.

  • Justin C. Boyd (04/30/1987), Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00168. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine). Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia - buy/possess. Count 3 - Fleeing or evading police, 2nd degree (on foot). Count 4 - Operating a suspended/revoked operators license. See bond 16-CR-165.

  • Kewyone Roland (09/30/1994), Bennett Ln., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00169-001. Charged with 6 counts. Count 1 - Importing heroin. Count 2 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (<2g heroin). Count 3 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (<4g cocaine). Count 4 - Possession of controlled substance, 2nd degree (drug unspecified). Count 5 - Trafficking in synthetic drugs, 2st offense. Count 6 - Possession of marijuana. Bond set at $20,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.
