Search for missing 21 month old Casey toddler successful By TFC William Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15 Columbia, KY COLUMBIA, KY (September 19, 2016) - 21 month old Logain Chumbley was located by volunteer search and rescue members at 8pmET, approximately 2 miles from his residence, following a search for the toddler which began at around 9amET today. The search was conducted by personnel from KSP Post 15, canine branch, and aircraft branch is being assisted by the Casey County Sheriff's Office, Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, and search & rescue volunteers.
