Students urged to participate in statewide attendance challenge

Adair County School Director of Pupil Personnel Robbie Harmon is reminding students that tomorrow, September 20, 2016 is High Attendance Day for public schools in Kentucky.

"We will join schools from across the state by competing in the High Attendance Day Challenge," Harmon says. "Outstanding attendance tomorrow will help show the pride we have in our schools and our district. Help our students shine by making every effort to be at school on time tomorrow in observance of High Attendance Day."

Harmon also reminds parents that school attendance is one of the top indicators of school success. The district urges students to make attendance a top priority tomorrow and every day going forward.
