Cynthia A. Meyer: Is county liable for poison overspray, drift

Personal commentary

Cynthia A Meyer writes:
I agree with Joyce 100%. What makes me wonder, does the road crew have the right to spray (including drift from the spray) more than the legal right-away?- And if they do can they be held accountable if they do?

The electric company used to use a independent company to spray the electric lines, which at one time they had to get written permission from the landowner to spray- apparently that is not the case any more as they too are spraying willy-nilly wherever they choose to spray. Some instances in excess so they don't have to worry about future growth of the landscape. What is a landowner to do? Cynthia A. Meyer --Cynthia A Meyer
