Taylor County, KY, woman arrested for murder Murder of Timothy W. Hahn, St. Francis, KY on 7 Mar 2016 Click on headline for complete details By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY LEBANON, KY (Tue 8 Mar 2016 -7:33amCT) - 33-year-old Brandy N. Roth, of Campbellsville, KY was arrested and charged with Murder on Monday, March 7, 2016 at approximately 10:13pmET, at the Marion County Jail, Lebanon, KY. On Monday, March 7, 2016 KSP dispatch received a call from the Marion County Sheriff's Department regarding the discovery of a deceased male inside a residence at 100 Lucas Lane, Street, Francis, KY who appeared to have died from multiple gunshot wounds. The body was identified as 48-year-old Timothy W. Hahn, of St. Francis, KY. Detective Clint Walker discovered that Roth had made statements to a witness about shooting Hahn, her boyfriend. That information led investigators to find Roth in the Marion County Jail, where she had been lodged on unrelated charges earlier on Monday. An autopsy has been scheduled for today at the State Medical Examiner's office. The investigation is ongoing. Issuance of warrants and/or arrests are not findings of guilt.
