Campbellsville Water Co. warns customers not to release private information to callers and to report suspected scam calls to them at the office or by calling 270-789-3133.

From Campbellsville Police Department

Campbellsville Police wants to inform residents of scam phone calls that are being placed. Unknown person(s) representing themselves as being with the Campbellsville Water Company, are calling residents and requesting credit or debit card information, and threatening to have their water & sewer services disconnected if the requested financial information is not provided.

Campbellsville Police warns residents not to release financial information and wants residents to know that this is not the practice of Campbellsville Water Co. to solicit payments over the phone. Any questions about your water bill should be directed to the Campbellsville Water Co. by visiting the office at 110 South Columbia Ave. or calling the office at 270-789-3133.
