5 Incoming LWC athletes earn KY All-State Track & Field honors Dante Johnson named Kentucky Class AAA Male Athlete of the Year By Charles Balcom COLUMBIA, KY - Five members of the incoming 2014-15 Lindsey Wilson track and field class earned Kentucky All-State honors, the Kentucky Track and Cross Country Coaches Association announced on Monday. Dante Johnson headlines the group after being named the KTCCCA Class AAA Male Athlete of the Year. Johnson helped North Hardin High School win their second-consecutive Class AAA State Team Championship in 2014. He also won individual state championships in the 110 meter and 300 meter hurdle events and was a member of the 4x400 meter state champion relay team. Cameron Murphy joins Johnson on the All-State men's team. Murphy won the Class AA state championship in the 300 meter hurdles and finished runner-up in the 100 meter hurdles. Catherine Bloomfield, Maryssa Stewart and Sarah Canada are members of Kentucky's 2014 All-State women's team. Bloomfield helped lead Bryan Station High School to their first ever Class AAA Team State Championship in 2014. She finished in third place in the 100 meter hurdles event.
