Sad word of the passing of Maerene Shirley Maerene Shirley, age 82, a resident of Summit Manor Health and Rehab Center passed away suddenly Monday March 24, 2014 at 5:30 am at the Westlake Regional Hospital Emergency Room. She was the widow of Evan Shirley, who died on January 1, 1989. Preceded in death by a son: Udell Shirley on Friday, March 21, 2014. One son survives, Donnie Shirley, of Columbia, KY.
