2 Russell Co, women jailed after car hits Campbellsville McD's, Nina A. Carlisle, 28; and Barbara A. Williams, 41, lodged in Taylor Detention Center News from Campbellsville, KY, Police Department CAMPBELLSVILLE, KY (Friday, February 3, 2012 at 6:15pmET) The Campbellsville Police Department received a complaint that someone had struck the McDonald's building and left the scene. While officers were on there way to the scene, they located the vehicle that had left the scene. 28 year old Nina A. Carlisle of Russell Springs was arrested and charged with; Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, Illegal Possession of Prescription Blanks, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Operating a Motor Vehicle on a Suspended License, and DUI 1st. A passenger in Carlisle's vehicle, 41 year old Barbara A. Williams also of Russell Springs was also arrested and charged with, Illegal Possession of a Legend Drug and Public Intoxication.
