Sleep cited as cause of midnight accident on US 68 KSP Post 15, Columbia, KY, POLICE REPORTS The driver of a 2004 Chevrolet said that he fell asleep when he left the roadway of US 68 near the Lebanon, KY, Super Wal-Mart and crashed, according to the Kentucky State Police report. Dustin Weber, 18, Cox's Creek, KY, was taveling eastbound on US 68 when his vehicle left the roadway, struck an embankment, went airborne, and struck a sign and overturned. The accident occurred shortly after midnight Eastern Time, at 00:13am Saturday morning, October 4, 2008.
