Bleach loaded semi truck overturns; eastbound LBN PKY closed Truck overturns after driver swerves to miss deer. according to A.L. Sinclair. Truck checked for hazardous material. Truck is uprighted, normal traffic should resume by 9:30-10am. Truck was carrying bleach, window cleaner. Several photos accompany this article Eastbound traffic on the Louie B. Nunn continues to bere-routed after a semi-truck overturned at 4:30am CT, Friday morning, December 15, 2006, near Mile Marker 48. The truck was operated by Brown Food Service, Louisa, KY. At the time of this posting, dozens of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet workers, the Kentucky State Police, The Columbia Fire Department, Deputy Kentucky State Fire Marshal Charles Sparks, and a towing service on standby are on the scene. A.L. Sinclair, Adair County Solid Waste Coordinator, diverted his crews' activities to the site to assist in the cleanup. According to Sinclair, the driver of the truck swerved to avoid a deer, with disastrous results, although no injuries resulted. Clean-up and removal trucks are now on the eastbound bridge over Petty's Fork. The truck is to the west of the bridge.
