Mr. Charles Arvid Cusumano, Taylor Co., KY (1943-2017) Mr. Cusumano was a Physician's Assistant at Taylor Regional Hospital. He was a well-traveled, educated, creative, and caring man. He was a talented drummer with a passion for "big band" music of the 1920's and 30's, an avid Chicago Bears fan, and enjoyed riding his motorcycle. He was a former professor for the University of Kentucky, a founding Fellow of the Cornell Weill PA program, and a member of the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and the Kentucky Academy of Physician Assistants, and several other professional organizations. He was a native of Newark, New Jersey, and a resident of Campbellsville, KY, at the time of his death. His wife of over 37 years, Sandra Foos Cusumano, survives. He leaves six direct living descendants.
