Evan's mother Amy put what was happening into words when she wrote of her thankfulness on his birthday this year -- "Every June 14, for 13 years, I've been awake around 5:20 (no alarm needed), counting my lucky stars for Dr. Randy King, Dr. Lyn Martin, and the wonderful nurses in Owensboro who fought so hard for our wonderful Evan. Campus Kitchen accepting canned goods at LWC Safe Halloween The Campus Kitchen at Lindsey Wilson College (CKLWC) will be hosting a canned food drive during Safe Halloween on 6pm-8pmCT, Tuesday, October 25, 2016, in the Doris and Bob Holloway Health and Wellness Center, 299 Williams Street, Columbia, KY. Natalie Vickous and other representatives from CKLWC will be sitting in the Health and Wellness Center lobby collecting all nonperishable food items. You can bring canned goods with you at any time during the event. This is not a requirement for entry into Safe Halloween, but rather an optional donation that would be a great service to CKLWC if you can spare a canned good.
