Since 1974, the Ronald McDonald Houses of KY have been serving our communities and our families. Now the people of Adair and Russell Counties have the chance to give back. The Adair and Russell Chambers of Commerce are sponsoring a donation drive to collect needed items from granola bars to paper products and many things in between by the Ronald McDonald Houses in Lexington and Louisville. Of course cash or gift cards are always welcome.

The drop off date for Adair County is Wednesday, October 19, 3pm-6pm, behind the Chamber of Commerce building, 201 Burkesville Street, Columbia, KY. Drop off date for Russell County is also Wednesday, October 19, all day until 5pmCT at the Russell County Tourist Commission, 650 US-127, Russell Springs, KY, beside Long John Silvers.

The Ronald McDonald House has made a difference for so many families...now your family can help make a difference too! Help the House that has helped so many!

Russell County will be bringing their donations to Adair County this afternoon to combine with ours for pickup at 6pmCT, by Hal Headley, Ronald McDonald House of Kentuckiana in Louisville. Before heading to Louisville, he will first drop off donations in Lexington. We can't wait to see all the donations from both counties! - Ellen Zornes
