He was the son of Willie Frank and Lottie Ann Key Johnson, and the widower of Lou Willie Davidson Johnson. He leaves two direct living descendants. LWC wrestling adds 21 grapplers to 2015-16 roster By David Gerhart The Lindsey Wilson wrestling program added 21 student-athletes for the upcoming season as head coach Corey Ruff announced his 2015-16 recruiting class on Wednesday. Ruff brings in 21 new wrestlers to the program, composed of three transfer student-athletes and 18 freshmen. Adair County School Board sets tax rate at 51.7 cents Board leaves rates unchanged on motor vehicles, utilities, aircraft (exempt), and watercraft. Rate change will amount to $3 on average tax bill of $30,000. By Ed Waggener The Adair County School Board voted for a compromise tax rate which will slightly elevate receipts midway between a "compensating rate" or revenue neutral, and the maximum 4% tax increase Kentucky law allows. The board voted, 3-1, in a special session held this morning, Thursday, August 27, 2015, at 8amCT, to set the rate at 51.7 cents per $100 of assessments, without exonerations (an increase which would have allowed to board to recover past year's losses because of exonerations. The prior rate was 50.5 cents. The new rate will bring in about $80,000 more in revenue. It will mean an annual increase of approximately $3 on the average tax bill, Finance Officer Renae Smith said.
