J.C. Keith, Adair County (d. Sep 4, 2014)

A native of Clay County, he was the son of the late Taylor and Perlina Keith. He was a businessman and entrepreneur, being the founder, driving force, visionary and moral compass of Atlas Metal Products Company. He was a WWII, US Navy Veteran and a charter member of Okolona Christian Church. He enjoyed spending time in the Cane Valley community of Adair County with his late wife, Louise Smith Keith, and his family. He was a native of Clay County, KY, and will be laid to rest in Columbia, KY

E.C. and Sarah Gabehart were among those who traveled a great distance to be with family and friends at the inaugural Revisit Knifley celebration on Saturday. They drove in the comfort of the motor coach shown behind them. Sarah said her husband was a true example of the Great American Dream because he left Knifley as a young man with only $200 and took a risk that the oil business would be where he would find success.

It made for a very enjoyable day of golf for the team, now coached by former Adair County High School golfing star Lauren Goodin Willis.
