Blue Raider Men's Soccer puts perfect season record on line

COLUMBIA, KY - The third-ranked Lindsey Wilson men's soccer team hosts Bryan (Dayton, TN) today, Saturday, September 7, 2014, at 7pmCT at Walter S. Reuling Stadium, 151 Holloway Drive, Columbia, KY.



The Blue Raiders (2-0-0) are coming off a 2-0 win against No. 22 Bethel (TN).

Aleksi Pahkasalo and Nedin Zukanovic scored the goals for the Blue Raiders. Goalkeeper Dalyan Hawes recorded his second-straight shutout of the season in the win.

The Lions are 3-0-0 to start the 2014 season and are coming off a 2-0 win against St. Catharine (KY). Daniel Branley leads the team with two goals scored and two assists. Joel Glover has a team leading 14 shots.

Lindsey Wilson is a perfect 6-0-0 against the Lions. The last meeting between the two teams came last season on October 26, 2013 when the Blue Raiders won 3-2 in double overtime in Dayton, TN.
