ACSO warns Knifley residents not to be alarmed this morning For long term residents, it will come as no surprise, but recent incomers, it may sound like an airplane crash today. But it just a maintenance procedure. (Hear more from Larry on the WAVE; even though Smith can do people as well as Rich Little, he says that he is not able to do this sound. CM urges everyone to call 270-384-7979 to encourage him to at least try, on this the 8th day past his birthday. -EW By Larry Smith Adair County Sheriff's Department Deputy B.J. Bray sends out a notice to listeners of WAVE FM 92.7 and readers of ColumbiaMagazine.com not to be alarmed today if they hear a loud, shrill sound which may sound like a move sound track for a crashing airplane. It will just be a infrequent but routine maintenance routine carried out by the Tennessee Gas Transmission Company - not Texas Eastern - centered around an area approximately 4 miles north of Plum Point Bridge on KY 551/Knifley Road. Deputy Bray said the procedure should happen this morning to early afternoon. Larry Smith, Operations Manager, Shoreline Communications 2013-06-13 05:37:11 | Comments | Printable version
