(Ad) Weekends are great for selling/renting in CM Classifieds!

Do it in Real Time: Let us help get the phone calls coming today. There's a Better Way to Make More Money, starting NOW.

Just a few weeks ago, on three days running, three ads in (CM RENTALS) with photos rented the same day they were posted on CM. Similar stories reach us in all categories of the classifieds. The photo ads are charged, base price currently $35/per 1 month run, a bit more than the regular $10 per month charge for 4-line text rentals (RATES and TERMS) , but it turned out to be a great buy for the advertisers.

Consider the Simple Truth about CM Photo Rental Classifieds: 1) To make Money, you may have to spend (a very little) money. For most landlords, $35 is no more than the 1-3 days rent. 2) They had a transaction almost immediately. It turned out to be quite a deal! With almost no waiting. If you have a Rental, and every day it is sitting vacant is losing $10-40 a day, or more, why not put a Rental Photo ad to work for you, TODAY!

With CM, it's so easy! Place the ad today, receive an immediate proof notification, an online invoice, pay for it online, and get the phone calls coming. as early as today. It's easy. Just go to RATES and TERMS Card for instructions or submit using any Contact/Submit button, and if you have a problem call our Advertising help line at 270-250-2730 CM Photo/Classifieds. They work. Let's get one working for you today! Regardless of whether you have a rental, Real Estate/Auctions; a Car or truck, Boat, mobile home, motorcycle, ATV, Lawnmower/Farm Equipment or Lawn & Garden Equipment/Supplies

Tom Chaney: Joyful Spring

Of Writers And Their Books: Joyful Spring! Tom Chaney pleads, "Give me spring's riot of color underfoot" rather than the well-kept lawn. This column first appeared 27 April 2008.
The next earlier Tom Chaney column: "The Exhausted Aftermath": The Last Enemy Vanquished

By Tom Chaney

Joyful Spring!

I forego a book this week in favor of springtime.

It is difficult to describe just how joyful is spring this year. Seems as though each dreary winter gets longer the longer I get in the tooth. Often I despair of spring's return.

Not alone am I in impatiently awaiting the darling buds of May. Up north of the Rio Verde spring is celebrated by the arrival of asparagus. A bit of nippy chill caused the tender shoots to take second thought about emerging.

Chuck Hinman: Pills, pills, pills Chuck cautions, "Take it from me, DON'T GET OLD IF YOU CAN HELP IT!"
Next earlier Chuck Hinman column - Waving - A Forgotten Gesture?

By Chuck Hinman

Pills, pills, pills

As you know, taking pills is for old folks as common as changing diapers on a baby. The "how and when" takes many forms.

My daily ritual of taking pills is simple, so simple that it is easy for me to become careless in getting the job done.
