Driver seriously injured in Radcliff collision MTPR Norman Chaffins, Public Affairs Officer Kentuckyi State Police, Post 4, Elizabethtown, KY RADCLIFF - On Saturday, March 2, 2013 at approximately 7:30amET a 2001 Ford F-150 driven by 37-year-old Michael L. Arnold of Brooks, KY was traveling east on KY 313 when he lost control of the vehicle. The F-150 rotated counter-clockwise, crossed the center line and struck a westbound 2008 Hyundai Accent driven by Franklin C. Dulaney, 36, from Radcliff, KY. The crash occurred approximately one mile east of Radcliff. Both drivers were transported to Hardin Memorial Hospital where Arnold suffered injuries to his torso and legs. Dulaney was later airlifted to U of L Hospital with life-threatening injuries. He is currently listed in critical, but stable condition. Tpr. Man arrested on drug charges as a result of disturbance call By Ofc. Josh Brockman, Public Affairs Officer Columbia Police Department Chief, Jason Cross On Sunday, March 3, 2013, Columbia Police Department responded to a disturbance call of a man acting suspicious and brandishing a knife in the parking lot of a local business. Arrested was 46 year old Kevin Reeder of Russell Springs on charges of Public Intoxication, Possession of a Controlled substance 2nd degree. (Drug Unspecified), and Possession of a Prescription Controlled Substance not in Proper Container. Reeder was lodged in Adair County Regional Jail by CPD Ofc. Josh Brockman and Sgt. Junior Murphy. The incident remains under investigation by Ofc.
