She leaves nine direct living descendants. She was a member of the Mt. Calvary Community Church and the widow of Kirmon Michael Vanover. Mary Lou Ross Thomas, Casey Co., KY (1935-2013) Mrs. Thomas was a loving wife, devoted mother and grandmother. Her family was her life's work. She was a Christian whose kindness, thoughtfulness, gentle nature, encouraging spirit, love and devotion to family will be deeply missed but always cherished.
