Harris asked the City Council to do its part to qualify for a Community Development Block Grant to secure a $500,000 for the Senior Citizens Center at Jim Blair Park - formerly the the Christian Life Center. He requested that the City match a like contribution from the Adair Fiscal Court to establish a $15,000 fund need to qualify for the grant.
