Driver fails to negotiate curve, vehicle leaves road, strikes tree By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY Washington County, KY - Trooper John Adams is investigating a crash that occurred at approximately 1amET, Sunday, June 13, 2010, on HWY 152 in Washington Co., KY. Jessica Brown age 27, of Loretto, KY, was operating a 1995 Oldsmobile, when she failed to negotiate a curve causing her vehicle to leave the roadway. The vehicle then struck a tree and a culvert. Brown, who was wearing her seatbelt, was transported to Springview Hospital in Springfield by Washington County EMS for non life threatening injuries. Trooper Adams was assisted at the scene by Washington County EMS, Fire and Rescue.
