Campbellsville, KY biker injured in US 68 crash By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY Lebanon, KY - Trooper Bryan Coyt is investigating a crash that occurred on US 68, five miles west of Lebanon, KY, on Saturday, June 12, 2010. Timothy Nicholas, age 43, of Campbellsville, KY was operating a Harley Davidson motorcycle with passenger Shari Walters age 46, of Campbellsville, KY. Nicholas tried to avoid a collision and overturned the bike. Walters was transported by private means to Springview Hospital, Lebanon, KY. Nicholas later went to Taylor County Regional Hospital. Trooper Coyt was assisted at the scene by Trooper Jonathan Boyd, both of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY, and Marion County EMS.
