Feedback: Didn't See the Blimp over New Mexico. but . . .

LETTERS & FEEDBACK
LETTER from JOHN PENDLETON, ACHS '83

Columbia, KY: "That's my hometown!"
To ColumbiaMagazine.com

That is too funny that the same blimp that was over Columbia was also seen by John Pendleton in Georgia (go ACHS class of 1983!)

I didn't get to see the blimp here in New Mexico (imagine that!) but I do enjoy following activities and news "back home' on Columbia Magazine. I especially enjoy the photos of people (always looking for someone I might've known) and the beautiful local scenery.

I have compiled a screensaver at work of my favorite photos, so when someone comments on the beautiful pictures on my computer, I can say, "That''s from my hometown!"

Feedback: Indianapolis art critic says Ladybug best yet

To ColumbiaMagazine.com

This picture of the Ladybug is the best one of wildlife yet. Thanks!

The boys with the snakes was good one, too. Confession: I gave a very quick glance at the snake, but those little boys' faces...wonderful!

Letter: Adair Countian tracks blimp near Duluth, GA

Better blimp photo, over White Oak

To ColumbiaMagazine.com

Apparently the blimp was, in fact, headed to Duluth GA, because I saw it as I came home from work this evening! (May 6). I live in Berkeley Lake, GA, which is just south of Duluth (about 20 miles NE of Atlanta).

My wife Lesley and I are originally from Adair County (left for UK in mid 80s) so I use this terrific site to stay current on Columbia news. Spotting the blimp here--after it made the news up there--was a fun coincidence.
