Garnett Kessler is recovering at UL Hospital

To ColumbiaMagazine.com

Our family would like to say thank you for all the support and especially prayers during my dad's time of need since suffering a stroke last Monday. He is still at University of Louisville Hospital and his condition has improved significantly from where it was most of last week. He has no speech at this time but good use of his left side and partial use of his right side. Yesterday he wrote his name on paper. He was moved from ICU last night and we are hoping he will improve enough to get him into Rehab in the next few days. He still has a long road ahead of him. Again, thanks to everyone for all the prayers, we appreciate them all.

God Bless You!
Donald Kessler
