Feedback re: Price of gas Writer fed up, but doesn't think prices have anything to do with election It really quite disgusting that which ever way you leave Columbia, the gas is always 10 cents or more less every way you go. It's even worse when a gas store with the same name and ownership as the one in Columbia is 15 cents less just 20 miles away. Something about this just gets all of us when going out of town to buy gas someplace else. I hope the forlks that raise our gas prices are aware of this. I don't think this has anything to do with the election. Gerald Doss 2006-11-13 10:23:07 | Comments | Printable version | See topic Letters and Reader Feedback

FEEDBACK: I AM A SOLDIER brings back memories Writer remembers reactions to those in uniform; asks that all consider that those in military put aside political views and carry out missions assigned by Commander in Chief I had the privilege of hearing the CD ( (I AM A SOLDIER)) at ACHS during the Veteran's Day Tribute. It brought back so many memories of my father, who was a career Air Force man (32 years). As we traveled the world during his career, reactions were not always positive with respect to the uniform.
