It's a Federal holiday, an official postal holiday. Adair County Public Schools are already out for Fall Break (Monday, October 9 through Thursday, October 13, 2006.) There are no court cases scheduled in Adair Circuit or District Court this morning, according to the Kentucky Court of Justice.
