Thanks, Charles Marshburn For the deduction. So that's what they are to be used for? We thought it was trickery by mischievous elves, so prevalent in that end of the woods. - EW

A letter of appreciation to the Lindsey Wilson College family and Columbia-Adair County community from LWC President William T. Luckey Jr. for the overwhelming generosity and support during the $1 Million, 48-Hour Chair's Challenge.

Friends,

I want to give you an update on the All In For LWC Chair's Challenge. You will recall that Mr. P, Allan Parnell, and five other trustees, promised to give $1,000,000 to the college if we could generate 3,000 donors in a 48-hour window. Our goal last year was 2,500 donors.

I am pleased to report that with the generous support of so many of our faculty, staff, students, friends, and trustees, we ended the campaign with 3,572 donors and nearly $1.4 million! Since the Chair's Challenge began in 2014, the number of donors has increased by 2,912 and the total dollars raised has increased over $1.2 million - simply amazing!
