LWC Chair's Challenge reaches goal, raises $1.4mil Lindsey Wilson College blew by the 3,000 donor goal and achieved 3,572 donors in 48-hours and added nearly $1.4 million to scholarship aid in this year's Chair's Challenge fundraising drive. The drive was motivated by Lindsey Wilson College Board of Trustees and chair, Adair County native Allan Parnell, who offered to donate $1 million toward LWC student scholarship aid if 3,000 donors made gifts during the 48-hour period between September 11-12, 2018. This marked the fifth year in which Parnell has issued a 48-hour challenge. This story was posted on 2018-09-13 10:12:31
