Ped/Safe committee at work on improvements in Columbia A number of simple changes could dramatically improve pedestrian, cyclist, and motorized scooter safety. 2017 Squarecrow contest signup off to a roaring start 19 on the first day From Adair Heritage Association A total of 19 participants, almost 40% of the total entries for last year, signed up on the first day of registration to participate in the 2017 Downtown Days Square crow contest, according to Ellen Zornes and Lee Ann Jessee, President and Vice President of the Adair Heritage Association.
