On Tuesday, September 19, 2017, the 5th grade students at Adair Elementary traveled to Adair County High School for this important event. Students learned about first aid and how to be safe around animals. They learned about the importance of wearing a life preserver when on the water and how to properly use a fire extinguisher. Adair County Future Farmers of America students provided demonstrations about the safe use of all terrain vehicles and farm equipment and helped coordinate the event. This annual activity is sponsored by Progressive Farmer, Adair Co. 4-H, Adair Co. FFA and the Family Resource Center. This story was posted on 2017-09-19 17:01:34
